Had to get two windshields replaced. Don's prices were a fraction of the quotes we received from other companies in the area. He got both in stock quickly and installed both the same day. One on a small Ford Focus and the second on our full size Ford Transit. We are so impressed with Don's excellent service and quality installs. We will definitely not wait so long to get a windshield replaced or a chip fixed. The process was so smooth and he didn't put us through the never ending phone call to submit an insurance claim. We really appreciate that. Did I mention that Don's prices are beyond reasonable. He has a great new location off Greenhorn. I have so much to say about this company! They surpass everyone in terms of both pricing and service quality. As a mother of three, I can attest to the horror of finding your sole car's windshield broken. Fortunately, Don and Diane were quite accommodating to my situation. Within the hour, they sent out Adam to take care of all my issues. Adam was really helpful and such a gentlemen the entire time. He informed me that he is a father himself, and children's safety always comes first. He cleaned up all the glass that had fallen into my car. 10/10 recommended from the owners to their employees. The sunroof in my Rav 4 LE leaked horrendously in recent torrential rain. My driver seat and floor were soaked and I had no idea what was happening until a friend said what it most likely was from ( a clogged drain) Sierra Mobile Glass was recommended and when I called I was pleased they could schedule me in at noon ! Everyone there was so polite and welcoming . Best customer service ever! The waiting area is super and original with fresh coffee, snacks, comfy seating and fun mural on the TV screen wall. Loved the French bulldog too. The repair was done in no time and I was on my way in my Rav with a happy smile on my face! These folk are stellar and I am grateful indeed ! ~ Arcturian S

Don and Adam have been amazing with my vehicles. Driving and heard the dreaded sound of a rock hitting my windshield. Sadly, there was a star forming. I called the office and asked if I could bring the car right away before it started to travel. Adam was able to seal the windshield and keep it from becoming a more expensive replacement. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly, Don/Adam are responsive, careful, and have been able to fit my cars in without impacting other waiting customers. This was a lovely experience. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding and efficient. I have a Tesla, so getting parts is not always easy, but Don and his crew dealt with everything from insurance to the windshield, I didn’t have to do anything. They made it very easy. They were there early so I could drop off my car before work, they updated me about the car windshield being calibrated, and called me when it was done. Everyone that works there was exceptional. It’s the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are awesome. ~ Kennidi B

Sierra mobile Glass is excellent! Fast, professional, friendly service! I had my windshield installed in less than 24 hours Don did a beautiful installation!!! Haley and Dianna, we’re both very nice and helpful when I spoke to them on the phone! My windshield? has a warranty! It’s wonderful that they are mobile and come to you, but I decided to go to the shop Where there is TV Wi-Fi snacks, sodas, and A delightful waiting area! I’m so glad I picked Sierra, mobile Glass! Sierra Mobile Glass was extremely professional and very timely both in getting my windshield replacement scheduled and on the day of service. Additionally they were very helpful in giving me guidance on how to process my claim through AAA. AAA has a contract with Safelite and they handle all the claims so when I choose to deviate from them they tried to sabotage my choice of working with Sierra Glass, and had I not been informed of this ahead of time, I could have been swayed to go elsewhere. I was grateful to work with a vendor who is local and who I could trust. Highly recommended! ~ Donna T

Shopped around for a long while, and found that this was literally the best price around. Sierra Mobile glass did NOT try to gouge us, and did a fantastic job replacing the windshield in shorter time than it takes to drive to a locq5ion, stand in line and talk to a representative. They came to us, all the way up in Dutch Flat and worked with us on the appointment day AND time. The guy was incredibly helpful, very informative and clearly knows his craft. I had been driving around with a crack in my windshield since May. My schedule is crazy and I just couldn’t figure out when to take my car in. Then, I saw an ad in my Facebook feed for Sierra Mobile Glass! I clicked the ad and began a conversation to see if they could replace my windshield. Yes! They were able to AND they came to my office and fixed it while I worked! So convenient!! My communications were answered promptly and they even arrived early for my appointment (my bad, I dilly-dallied and wasn’t early. 😬). Overall, a great experience! They were very professional and had a friendly atmosphere. They didn't take a long time and they did a great job replacing the windshield. Fast and great service! When they were contacted, they called and set up an appt for only 2 days later. When they arrived, it started raining and I had already put my vehicle into the garage. They had no trouble replacing the windshield in the garage and that allowed the adhesives to dry properly. Both installers were super friendly and professionally completed the job. They also had a special that paid my deductible, so I had no out-of-pocket cost. Living in a rural area, I never expected having my windshield replaced without leaving home. ~ Dan T

SMG has been absolutely wonderful to work with!! A friggin’ BEAR ripped the sunroof out of my car and these fine folks were able to coordinate with my insurance no problem. They’re friendly, communicate well, the business is clean and they also offered me pickup/drop off services! I have no doubts SMG will do you right. On top of great service, I commented on their beautiful dog and they said they’re actually fostering through Sammie’s at the business to try to help relieve some of the shelter stress!! Thank you Adam! He came to the house, was there less than an hour, installed a brand new windshield and was on his way. What could be easier. Can't believe I lived with cracks across the whole bottom of the glass for literally years. I didn't have comprehensive insurance coverage, so this was out of pocket. I called around to four places and Sierra had the best price and quickest service and did not try to sell me wiper blades and stuff I didn't need. They definitely earned 5 stars from me! ~ Grace

This is the second time I've had to replace my windshield. I went to a different business the second time it needed replacing. There was a big difference between the 2 places. Sierra Mobile Glass was on time and efficient. After the work was done they drove the car to recalibrate all that the windshield does in a newer model car. They gave me paperwork when they finished and explained all that they had done. They were friendly and informative; I'd highly recommend them. ~ Candace E

Sierra Mobile Glass was the best experience that I’ve had in a long time. Their customer service is top notch! I had them recalibrate my car after another local shop claimed I didn’t need it. That was a LIE! My car started randomly slamming on the brakes on the freeway! Their walls are covered in the certificates they hold. They have a cool snack bar that is free for customers. These guys are awesome and they come to Truckee often. I’m located just outside of Truckee and they still came to me and replaced my windshield, and did it very quickly. They were half an hour early! Unheard of these days, I had my whole morning set aside for the repair and ended up being able to get other things done on my day off. We’ve been putting off replacing the windshield for a few years and with a new baby it was even harder to take it somewhere and have it done. I found Sierra Mobile Glass after searching for mobile glass replacement and was pleased to see a local company! They gave us a discount because we replaced two windshields at once. Super professional and friendly. They came out to the car to see if the windshield was repairable or if it needed to be replaced. The windshield needed to be replaced. They had a replacement windshield ordered that day and had it installed the next day. Super easy process they dealt with the insurance company. Hands down the only place to do any windshield servicing. My schedule is all over the place and unpredictable. I had to cancel a few times, yet SMG worked with me (even during closed hours) to schedule me in. All three cars we done with ease and it’s so nice that they come to your home to provide their services. Don is so kind and professional!
